Terms of Service
Last updated September 25, 2026
About these terms
These terms apply to chauffeured transportation arranged with Miami Bliss Limo. Booking a trip with us means you accept them. If something here conflicts with a written agreement we have signed with you, that agreement takes precedence.
Bookings and confirmation
A reservation request is not a confirmed booking. Your trip is confirmed once we reply by phone or email with the details. Requests are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability, and we recommend booking well ahead for peak dates, weddings, and long-distance travel.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us — pickup address, destination, date, time, passenger count, luggage count, and any flight or cruise information. Incorrect details can delay a pickup or change the price.
Pricing
Quotes reflect the service type, distance or duration, vehicle selected, and any planned stops or waiting time. Airport transfers are quoted flat-rate and we do not apply surge pricing. Additional stops, extended waiting, route changes, or a change in vehicle requested on the day may affect the final price.
Changes and cancellations
Tell us as early as you can if your plans change. We accommodate adjustments where availability allows. Changes that affect routing, timing, or vehicle allocation may affect the price. Cancellation terms depend on the service booked and how much notice we receive; we confirm these at the time of booking.
Waiting time
For airport arrivals, we monitor your flight and adjust to your actual landing time at no extra charge for standard delays. For other pickups, a reasonable grace period applies, after which waiting time may be charged at the hourly rate for the vehicle.
Passenger conduct
Every booking is private to your party — we do not operate shared rides. Passengers are asked to wear seat belts, to refrain from smoking in the vehicle, and to travel with the number of passengers and bags stated at booking. Legal occupancy limits apply and cannot be exceeded. Chauffeurs may end a trip where conduct is unsafe or unlawful.
You are responsible for damage to the vehicle caused by your party beyond normal use.
Luggage and belongings
Luggage capacity depends on the vehicle and the passenger count. Tell us your bag count when booking so we can allocate the right vehicle. Personal belongings remain your responsibility; we will always try to return items left in a vehicle but cannot accept liability for loss.
Delays outside our control
We plan routes and timings carefully and build in margin, but we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, airport or port operations, or other events beyond our reasonable control. If you have a critical departure time, tell us so we can schedule accordingly.
Licensing and insurance
Miami Bliss Limo operates commercially licensed vehicles carrying appropriate transportation insurance. Clients who need documentation for corporate or event purposes may request it.
Trips outside South Florida
Where a trip falls outside our direct service area, we coordinate it through vetted local transportation providers and remain your point of contact. In those cases the local provider operates the vehicle and employs the chauffeur.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version posted here at the time of your booking is the one that applies to that booking.
